In search of a quality lapel sized external PC mic - 3.5mm or USB

I’ve been asked to recommend a lapel sized microphone that can be attached to a laptop to record a conversation between 2 people in a small room. There’s a ton of different kinds on the web. I found an Audio-Technica ATR4650 for about 8 dollars. Don’t mind spending more as it may become a standard in our company. Any suggestions?
