Removed features since the Pie update, and the state of Samsung tech support.

I recently contacted Samsung because I noticed my Note 9 was missing a feature that's always been available. Tech support confirmed Pie rolled back the option to disable the proximity sensor during calls (dimming the screen when put up to your ear). Albeit not a very important feature, I can't understand what made them want to remove options after an update. It seems pretty counter productive to roll back options while trying to move forward.

The email also included at the end, "Please note that email as a contact option on our website will be discontinued as of April 3rd , 2019." I'm not well versed in the tech support industry, but I can't understand why the would get rid of the tried and true, best option for tech support.

This got me thinking, what other kinds of features were rolled back during pie?
