The USA was caught using the British and other allies as proxies to get around the constitution. Why will things be any different with contract tracing which is nanny tracking software for the masses?

In east germany they kept meta data as well but instead of it being digital it was photos, audio reels, and letters.

The USA murders whistle blowers, and keeps political prisoners who didn't endanger every day people but risk jailing leaders who did everything they could to skirt around the constitution.
