Why are smart TVs so cheap on RAM?

I decided recently that i want to buy a new TV.

The first thing that came to my mind when considering the new purchase is the TV's memory size.

However, I can't find any TVs with a RAM capacity larger than 4gb.

I find that weird because when it comes to performance, RAM has a critical role.

Does anyone know where to find a TV with a 16 / 32 gb memory size?
