Lack of OS Support

Does it really matter that much whether an old Android phone no longer receives the latest updates? I feel like at this point, there are no real game changer features that are implemented in these yearly OS updates. The new features are probably things most of us can live without. And security isn't really a concern since outdated Android phones typically continue to receive security updates. I'm fairly sure a Galaxy Note 5 from 2015 has more customizability and features than the latest iPhone 11 Pro. I hope more affordable 5000mah phones come out in the future!

I recently bought a realme 5 for usd $120 and I'm impressed with the battery life! With 60 apps installed, the battery dropped by 50% after 1 day of use with 7h screen on time . So based on my usage a full charge can last 2 days. Submitted February 27, 2020 at 09:05PM by yusoffb01 https://ift.tt/2I4UR6q https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

What do you think about 2 type C's on a future Samsung, now that they have ditched the headphone jack?

With the removal of the headphone jack, it obviously sparked a lot of controversy and mixed emotions, including for myself. I personally own a note 9, so I still have a headphone jack, but in the future I don't see myself not using headphone jack. I believe Samsung could fix this by adding another type C port, and while one is plugged in the other one is disabled for charging etc. Maybe they could even pack a type C to headphone jack adapter into the box. Anyways, I have no one to really talk about this idea so I thought I'd share with you internet strangers. Tell me what you guys think! How do you find drivers for your laptop?

https://ift.tt/eA8V8J If you are factory resetting your laptop from a USB, how would you find the drivers for your laptop. This is to place all the drivers on the USB prior to resetting. So that You can just run the drivers on the PC without even connecting to the internet. Can you copy the drivers from the laptop? Sharing my Galaxy Bud Plus experience after 1 week.

I've been using the GBP for about a week now. First thing I noticed is that even the large ear tip is too small for me. The poor seal also caused a mediocre sound quality for me, hopefully I can find a good aftermarket one soon. Another quirk is that the buds have a separate volume control than your phone. This wouldn't be an issue if I can modify the volume within the Samsung Gear app, but there is none. You can only change the buds volume through double tapping on the buds. But aside from these two things, i really like the buds. Great battery life, weight, wireless charging. Hoping it can get true hotswappble bluetooth connection/multi device support through a software update (I miss this feature so much from the Bose QC35).
