LED notification light

Why don't specs include whether or not a phone has one? Do people not care anymore? I've always had one since I use Nexus phones and I can't see myself ever getting a phone that doesn't have one. Is it weird that that is a factor for me? Submitted August 31, 2017 at 08:09PM by triforce28 http://ift.tt/2wVq9c8 http://ift.tt/eA8V8J

[Discussion] Samsung is slowly losing me as a customer

Other than the battery, I'm pretty satisfied with my S6, and as it's slowly getting older, I'm weighing my options. Things I enjoy(ed) on my S6 and was planning to enjoy on my next Samsung phone but apparently won't be able to: Good Lock, especially the ability to set aside notifications for later (no predefined time until it shows again, I may want to address the notification in a week's time) - not working on Nougat Rootless, no-VPN adblock - Adhell is removed from the playstore and its hacky v2 needs too much work for its worth. Other adblocks cost $25(!) IR blaster - RIP (using it at least 2 times a day) 128gb version in order not to have to mess around with moving apps to memory card etc Theme support - still going strong, thankfully Some more subjective pains: I want a flat screen without buttons, preferably 16:9. I like my screen without glare, and with the freedom of mind to just press the hardware button on the bezel and be done with it; not havi...
